"We've been with Rick Mottern State Farm for 8+ years now...the agency as a whole has been fantastic to work with. It's been easy to call and work with them on any matter that has come up. I especially appreciate the review of services that they do with us each year - we are able to meet with them to go over each aspect of our policy to determine if there are potential savings/things that need to be updated. This has been extremely helpful for peace of mind in knowing that our policy is being reviewed and the best options are regularly selected for us. "Every time I call the office my call is answered almost immediately. Assistance is always offered for what ever issues or questions I may have and usually resolved very quickly. In this case my agent was at lunch when I called but Skyra was able to quickly answer all my questions along with an in depth explanation of what was covered, the amounts covered, etc. It’s so nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable about the products and services being sold.
